A true Southerner – now an Oak Island Resident!

I am a Winston Salem transplant who decided in 2002 to turn the vacation home into a permanent residence - with NO REGRETS!!!

With a background in healthcare accounting & finance, my number crunching skills are beneficial to this world of real estate.

Neva worked patiently and diligently with us for a year when trying to buy a house on Topsail Island, NC. We couldn't find what we were looking for and she suggested we look into building. We ended up buying a lot because it was the best fit for us and she led the charge the whole way despite this decision not being in her economic favor. We really loved working with her and she demonstrated excellent insight into purchasing a beachfront (ultimately sound front) property. We wouldn't hesitate to work with her again!!!!
