As a lifetime resident of Jacksonville and the greater Onslow County, few local realtors offer the same insight that I do. I have witnessed first-hand the phenomenal changes in our infrastructure throughout the years and I am in tune with the city and county's future plans.
I was raised in Jacksonville and graduated from Jacksonville High School. Upon graduation and after a brief departure, I relocated to Sneads Ferry to raise a family of my own. While there, I established lasting ties with community as a mother of three sons. Through my daily interaction with the community, I established my reputation as an energetic, friendly, trustworthy, and hard working individual.
Today, I live in Jacksonville with my husband, a retired Marine Corps officer. Between my husband's bonds with the local military and my local connections, we have a vast network that enables us to understand home buyer/home seller concerns from a variety of vantage points.
I enjoy sailing, surfing, traveling and meeting new people.
Lori was really, really helpful in getting my home ready, and had a good eye on the market - so I sold my house for more than I was hoping. I live out of state, so had to rely on her for finding a contractor for repairs, landscaping, and her advice on little touch-ups to the house, paint color, etc. for the best look. She did a great job of staging the house for photos. She is very personable, and tolerated my no nonsense, sarcastic, and crazy self. Great sense of humor, quick to respond to texts/calls, and really put a lot of work into getting my house sold. Very much appreciate and highly recommend using Lori as your realtor!
If you need your home sold quickly Lori is the one you should call! She worked fast to list our home.. advised us to wait to list our home since the market was going up and our home had an offer in less than a week. Lori and her team were amazing not only in selling our home but also as property managers. They managed our home for over 4 years and we never had any complaints. Thank you Lori for everything!
We were very happy that we contacted Lori. We had been in Jacksonville in December and talked to a couple of realtors about listing the house, but did not get very good signals from them as to what the house would sell for, so we decided to hold off. In February we were back and we called Lori. She was the realtor that had sold us the house in the first place (she did a wonderful job helping us find the house), she came over and were we surprised. She suggested listing the house for $25000 more than the other agents. We listed it in the middle of February and by March 1 we had a full price offer and we closed on March 29. We would not hesitate calling Lori again.
