Kim has enjoyed being a resident of Wilmington's beautiful beach area for the last 10 years. Kim is originally from the North Shore of Long Island and moved to San Diego where she met her husband Dave, who was a Navy officer and is now a Commander in the Navy Reserves. They relocated back to the East Coast with GE to Albany, NY. In 2004, they relocated with GE to Wilmington and the whole family is so happy to call Wilmington their home.
Kim is the mother of two and volunteers at their school and also enjoys helping coach her daughter's running club. Her husband has enjoyed coaching their daughter's Halo Hoops team for the last few years. Kim and her family enjoy doing all the wonderful things that Wilmington has to offer. You can find them enjoying a show at the theater, running a 5k, walking the loop, or surfing at the beach.
Kim's mom was a real estate broker in Long Island, NY and her sister is a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker in Florida. Having family members in the real estate field and with several relocations, including selling and buying their own homes, Kim decided to get her real estate broker's license.

Having moved to new cities herself, she understands that it's important to help her clients get to know the city and the different areas to help decide what works best for you. Kim also undertands the needs of families and can offer valuable guidance on area schools and recreation.
