Before my wife and I decided to move to N.C. we looked for a real estate agent first. We reviewed credentials of many agents and decided Connie was the agent we felt would represent us best and called her. We discussed the type of home and community we were looking for and our time frame. Connie showed us many homes and was patient with us throughout the home search. Connie helped us with anything and everything. None of our questions went unanswered. Also, her knowledge of what to look for in each house as far as the actual structure and landscaping was priceless; she brought several issues to our attention that we would have overlooked. Connie is wonderful. My husband and I moved to North Carolina from Kentucky. My husband had the task of buying our new home in North Carolina without me being able to join him in the new home search. Connie gently placed him under her comforting wing and helped him find the perfect home for us after lots and lots of searching. Connie has been my Realtor for almost 20 yrs, first in Raleigh years ago and now here at the beach. I would have no other. She helped me buy and sell several houses and properties over the years in North Carolina including my beach home. I have seen her correct errors at closings and I have seen her open the trunk of her car (her rolling office) and come up with forms that neither the lawyer nor the other Realtor had in their office. She knows her business and has helped me tremendously by streamlining the process and explaining it (numerous times if needed). This was important to me because I was working full time and my time was limited. Connie quickly becomes your friend for life. Thanks Connie, I am enjoying my new home.

When my husband and I were purchasing our first house, Connie was our buyer's agent. She understood our needs and was very proactive and responsive with providing us with listings that met our wishes and helping us make a decision. She made the whole process very easy and we truly felt that she was our advocate. She was there for each step, when we first realized that we needed a realtor to when we were at the attorney's office signing the final documents. She treated us like family and it's obvious that she loves what she does and therefore successful at it due to that passion for caring.
