In 2009, and 2010 she was the #3 agent for Brunswick County and the #1 agent for Ocean Isle Beach. In 2011, Frances was the #4 Agent in Brunswick County and again, the #1 agent for Ocean Isle Beach. In 2012, Frances was the #5 agent in Brunswick County and finished the #1 agent for residential properties on Ocean Isle Beach. Education: Frances grew up in Wilmington, NC and attended the public schools, graduating from New Hanover High in 1971. She is a graduate of Peace College in Raleigh and received her BA from North Carolina State University. She continued her studies at East Carolina University and received a masters degree. Frances is continuing her studies in EFM (Education for Ministry) through Sewanee, The University of the South.

Great agent to have on your side. Was with me every step of the way and the communication was great. Even checked on the house right after a hurricane went to make sure it had survived. Had a email after the contract was signed that explained all the steps necessary for closing. Worked hard to get the deal closed after a couple issues poped up last minute. Would definitely use her again.
