Frances has been selling real estate in Ocean Isle and in Brunswick County for 20 years. Frances has been the top producer in both volume and number of sales on OIB for 2009, 2010, 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018. In 2019, Frances was the top producer on OIB in number of sales. She has been in the top 1% in the county, finishing either #2 or #3 for several years. In 2013, 2015, 2016 and 2017 she received the "Agent of the Year" award for Coldwell Banker Sea Coast (which includes 11 agencies). In 2018 she received the "Team of the Year" award for small teams.
This “client-first” philosophy has always been Frances' approach and it requires her to continually improve her skills and ways of doing business. In addition, she has found that the cutting-edge technology that is provided by Sea Coast to the ongoing education, has allowed her to stay one step ahead of the competition at all times.

Frances admits that her success is largely attributed to her husband. "It is through my husband's love and support that gives me the drive that I have to succeed and to be the best that I can be".

Education: Frances grew up in Wilmington, NC and attended the public schools, graduating from New Hanover High in 1971. She is a graduate of Peace College in Raleigh and received her BA from North Carolina State University. She continued her studies at East Carolina University and received a masters degree. Frances is continuing her studies in EFM (Education for Ministry) through Sewanee, The University of the South.
Working with Frances was a delight. She went out of her way to FaceTime with us as she walked a home or property.
