I chose Michelle to sell my lot on the recommendation of a relative who lived in the area, whose house she had sold. She was wonderful! She is easy to talk with and never failed to promptly respond to any questions. She not only found a buyer, but because I live out-of-state, she helped me find someone to maintain the lot, she made arrangements to clear up storm damage, and she even followed up on a glitch in those arrangements. She was enormously helpful during the closing; her experience was invaluable when working with the buyer's attorney who was not too familiar with the process. I felt very lucky to have her as my real estate agent!

We chose Michelle because she had been recommend by two of our friends that had used her services. Not all realtors are the same and finding the right one is hard.

We found Michelle knowledgeable and forthright.
Michelle brought in the traffic to view & sell our home.

We were listed for only 3 weeks when we received our first offer.
We were sold after only 2 months of being listed with her at our price.

A stand out moment was her handling of closing and dealing with the buyers and their realtor.

Michelle was always prompt in her response to my requests or queries.
She has a very professional command of due diligence in as it relates to real estate sales.
Our purchase of a lot was not large in terms of commission generated for her but Michelle treated us no differently than I would expect had the deal been much larger.
