By pure luck with a Google search of the top real estate agents in the area, I had the great fortune to engage Melanie Cameron to sell my Caswell Beach condo. My family and I used Melanie as our seller's agent to sell my home. The entire process went smooth from beginning to end because of her expertise and professionalism. She is always passionate, energetic, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. She listed our home on a Friday morning, and her team had multiple offers for us by Saturday afternoon. She went above and beyond the call of duty. When our home sold prior to the time that our new home would be ready, she went out of her way to help us find a rental.
