Since his entry into real estate in 2005, when he began working as an administrative assistant, Fritts has continually focused on refining his skills and advancing his industry knowledge. Previously a copy writer and marketing coordinator for a major real estate brokerage in Southern California, he credits his experiences behind-the-scenes for giving him an understanding of how to develop effective marketing campaigns and deliver seamless transactions.
Leveraging the knowledge he gained from earning a degree in English from North Carolina State University, Fritts has worked as a freelance writer since 2008, specializing in creating real estate marketing content for both individual agents and brokerages. Having also earned a master’s degree from National University, he is known for his ability to adhere to deadlines, tenacious work ethic and strong attention to detail.

Fritts has been proud to call the Wilmington area home for over 10 years. A native of Greensboro, he was fortunate to spend his childhood summers in North Myrtle Beach, where he developed a passion for golf and surfing. Fritts supports a number of charities and enjoys spending time with his family, reading, cooking, and going mountain biking when he isn’t busy working.
