Tracy Vereen is a native of South Carolina, yet she grew up in Gatlinburg, TN. Currently, she takes pride living in downtown Conway, SC. She also enjoys spending afternoons with friends; playing golf; and loves traveling.
Tracy is a member of the Surf Golf & Beach Club, Conway Medical Center Caduceus Society, Waccamaw Youth Center Foundation. She likes to participate in charity golf tournaments and other community outreach events.
Tracy has worked in many aspects of the real estate industry, representing builders, buyers, banks and investors in both, residential and commercial markets. Wanting to work with high-performing professionals, while balancing her home life, Tracy jumped at the opportunity to join Coldwell Banker.
