Pete's roots trace back to the town of Rahway, New Jersey, where he first embarked on his life's journey. However, since 1999, he has called the sunny state of South Carolina his home. Over the years, Pete has immersed himself in the Grand Strand, cultivating a profound understanding of this stunning region.
It was here in Myrtle Beach that Pete's life took a wonderful turn when he crossed paths with his now-beloved wife, Danielle. Danielle, a skilled financial advisor, and Pete, with his unwavering dedication, found in each other not only life partners but also the perfect companions for their journey.
Together, Pete and Danielle have built a loving family, blessed with two sons and a precious daughter. Their oldest son currently attends The Darla School of Business at the University of South Carolina. Their younger son and daughter attend local schools in Horry County.

Own a home in Georgetown. After my wife died decided to move to smaller house, had one built in Surfside Beach in late 2015 and moved in. Attempted to sell, unsuccessfully, my Georgetown property. Did not need two homes so decided to sell Surfside house instead as housing market much better there. Went to web site to locate realtor, within short time phone began to ring from potential realtors. Later that day doorbell rang and found Allison Stack at the door with sale proposal package in her hand. Asked if she would like to see house, she accepted and spent substantial time inspecting it. Was impressed by her quick response and action so decided to list home with her group. They had a number of open house sessions, showed it often and sold it, at a profit, over my original purchase price. Entire process took about six months with the closing on January 14, 2020.

Hi everyone, Tina helped me buy my current home in 2020 when covid had the market really high. She watched the market for available homes at my difficult price-point and actually found several. Each one we looked at, and then subsequently bid on. Unfortunately, I was outbid in bidding wars until, because of Tina's vigilance and expertise, I now have a very nice place for my price point. No HOA, on a large lot relatively close to the beach! She contacted me within minutes and she facilitated my successful offer immediately, as it had been on the market for 3 hours. Within hours my contract was signed! She went to work after that and negotiated and even better price using her expertise in negotiation. During her search for me Tina kept what I wanted in mind and searched for those type properties. There were complications in the actual title of the home, which is why it was lower in cost, but Tina knew who to contact and what to look for. She kept me in the loop during of all developments as the transaction was taking place, and for a complicated transaction, the whole thing went relatively smoothly and seamlessly. Her obvious expertise and familiarity with all of the neighborhoods in and around Myrtle Beach is impressive. She is both an expert and a great agent to to have on your side as well because, she has that friendly approachable manner, yet she is all business for you! This is a great quality to have, I think because many agents are tone deaf when it comes to what you are looking for, and facilitating a smooth transaction. I felt good asking her questions and her responses were clear and clearly based on facts. I had a smaller budget but Tina also works in the upscale market and is clearly an expert for this as well.

Buying a house a few states away, virtually, during covid sounds stressful right??? Well yes it was but nothing compared to what is should of been. Dana went to the house when ever we needed to FaceTime us, put together a team that literally performed miracles and she probably stressed about things more then I did. My husband and I are very deliberate in our decision making. So when we finally decided to settle down in Conway a good friend recommended Allison Stack to us. Own a home in Georgetown. After my wife died decided to move to smaller house, had one built in Surfside Beach in late 2015 and moved in. Attempted to sell, unsuccessfully, my Georgetown property. Did not need two homes so decided to sell Surfside house instead as housing market much better there. Went to web site to locate realtor, within short time phone began to ring from potential realtors. Later that day doorbell rang and found Allison Stack at the door with sale proposal package in her hand. Asked if she would like to see house, she accepted and spent substantial time inspecting it. Was impressed by her quick response and action so decided to list home with her group. They had a number of open house sessions, showed it often and sold it, at a profit, over my original purchase price. Entire process took about six months with the closing on January 14, 2020.

We put our Condo on the market in March of 2020. 2 weeks laterCOVID hit an showings decreased. Pete worked hard so we could still have showings, virtually now. The condo sold an we got full price! It's not easy when you try to move 630 miles away from home and don't know a single person in the area where you're moving to. Pete made us feel like we were at home the second we met him. He is knowledgeable, approachable, endlessly patient, personable, and incredibly generous with his time (He worked with our whacky schedules as we tried to balance time between NJ and SC).
