Kent did an outstanding job especially taking over an account from another realtor who was unprofessional. My home was 69 days on the sites and I took the house off the market in the midst of a sale due questionable realty information from the realtor. The next day Kent contacted me. I had several other Realtors contact me from the South Carolina area and I decided to go with Kent due to the fact that he was very knowledgeable and had a great team to support him with the sale. Within 3 weeks Kent put my home on the market and it was sold within 2 weeks. I highly recommend Kent to do the job. Kent did an outstanding job on the sale of my property. The house was on the market for approximately 69 days and I realized that the current realtor was unprofessional. I took the house off the market in the midst of a sale due to the fact that there was a lot of questionable things going on with the realtor. After that, I received several phone calls from different realtors and Kent was one of them. I decided to go with Kent due to his presentation and knowledge of buying and selling homes. Kent was able to take over everything rather quickly and within 3 weeks after meeting he put my house in the market on April 3rd. My house was sold and closed on April 27th.
