My name is Sitell Patel. I am originally from Zambia and moved to the United States in 1997. I decided to move to Myrtle Beach, SC in 1998 where I met my Husband. My husband and I have two beautiful kids, Dylan and Alisha. I have been a resident of Horry County since April 1998 and have seen it grow everyday.
Having worked in Customer Service and Sales for a number of years, my family and I made the decision that I should work in Real Estate. I decided to join the best of best in the Industry and joined Coldwell Banker in 2009. Over the years I have strived in providing the best client services to all my clients. One of the most important thing to me is Continuing Education. I have devoted time to attending advanced educational courses and taking examinations to earn these designations. I received my Accredited Buyer Agency (ABR) designation, which has trained me to provide excellent care and services to any buyer interested in purchasing real estate, and I received my Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation in 2012 and I have gained in-depth knowledge on technical subjects and fundamentals of real estate.
I am dedicated to providing Honesty, Professionalism and Integrity and I am eager to help you and your family make all your Real Estate dreams come true as I have mine in the Grand Strand. She is very professional, efficient and above and beyond you can expect from a realtor. So happy with my experience with her. I am from NY had limited time to check properties in Myrtle Beach and with this hot market for sellers as buyer need a very prompt and effective negotiator. I never lost time and money with her. Same day ocular inspection place the bid and later part of the day got the property and when requested my priority for investment showed me options which I don’t even realize better than what initially zooming for. I really owe her a lot for taking me to Coral Beach Resort and even give us a ride during closing time. She is always accommodating to our needs as buyer. Looking forward to work with her again in the near future and definitely highly recommended particularly for an out of state buyer she is exceptionally the best package for a realtor agent. Sitell was selected based on previous reviews posted on different websites. This was our first visit to Myrtle beach and I was looking for a beach front property since I wanted a place by the beach. Sitell followed up on properties we looked up and suggested additional ones to look at while we were at Myrtle Beach. Keeping it short we bought a property that met our needs. Sitell worked on helping us with the lawyer, the inspection and whatever else was needed since we were back in New York after having decided on the purchase.

I met Sitell several years ago when my friend was looking for a home in SC. When I decided to move down here I tried to find a rental while still in NY. Since I was unfamiliar with the Myrtle Beach area, I contacted Sitell who graciously offered to check out several places for me. After being here for almost a year I decided to put down roots. I contacted Sitell again. I had done a great deal of investigation and came with a list of quite a few properties. I was very impressed with Sitell. She was always professional, knowledgeable and responsive. After several weeks, I decided on a home in Murrells Inlet. Sitell negotiated a great price for me and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. She's a terrific agent and I would definitely recommend her.
