This experience, although typically stressful, Suzanne made it smooth and was committed to open communication throughout the entire process. She was great at managing our expectations and helped us to understand what the possible outcomes would be realistically once we found a buyer. My husband and I were very impressed with the turn around time it took between listing our home for sale and securing a qualified buyer who then put in an offer that was very close to asking price. Furthermore, Suzanne has many connections with contractors, electricians, landscapers etc in the area we were able to utilize to complete minor repairs and small projects to get our house in the best condition for selling. Cannot say enough great things about the company and my realtor Joe Hough. I originally had issues with my first lender and though my home buying process was over, however Joe put me in contact with Guild Mortage who stepped in and completed this process for me with exceptional results. Joe was a pleasure to work with during this entire process and he always kept me up to date and answered all my questions quickly during this process. When it came time for closing the date was too be pushed back by the builder which would have caused drastic issues for me. Joe stepped in and took care of everything which enabled me to close and move in as scheduled saving me time, money and a lot of stress. I would recommend Joe and Coldwell banker to anyone thinking of purchasing a home and would use them in the future.

My wife and I keep returning to Coldwell Banker because of Jane Winchester! Jane does not just help you buy a property; she immerses herself in the process so that all you have to do is contemplate, follow her footsteps, and respond to her movements with complete trust, knowing that she will never lead you wrong. Throughout the whole process of buying a house (the third time for me with Jane as my Quarterback Realtor), first, she finds the house, but if you find the house, she ensures that that property is well suited for you. Then she helps you negotiate the price referred to as "The benefits of having Jane" (closing cost, repairs, fences, appliances, etc..). Third, she links you with the best mortgage company and homeowners insurance. fourth, she coordinates all the inspections and repairs if needed. In all that, she keeps you abreast of all the transactions and thoroughly briefs you to make informed decisions. She stays on top of the closing procedures and final inspection. And finally, after you close, she takes your photo and helps you make that house a home. I used to think she only did it to us, but I learned from friends that I referred to her that they all got the same treatment. Ultimately, she takes exceptional care of all who seek her as their realtor, whether you are buying or selling your house. Throughout my life, I have purchased five single-family homes and sold two. I am well versed in real estate and understand the value of an excellent real estate agent, as they can make or break a sale. A friend referred Briana Chesher to me. During our initial conversation, I asked questions I already knew the answer to; based on that conversation, I knew I was dealing with a genuine person with integrity and a professional with a good pulse on the market. As circumstances changed in my life, I had an extremely tight timeline to sell my home and move to Texas. Within three days, she had my home on the market, and her communication skills were outstanding, keeping me informed as things were happening. After the first home we viewed turned out to be a bust, she pushed to get us into another property that wasn’t even on my radar, which turned out to be my dream home! Carl Cole was with us from day one. When we decided to buy our property he went above and beyond because we were out of town and unable to be there in person. He took videos, he took pictures, he took measurements. Anything we asked he was on it immediately. When the time came to sell, we called Carl and said "what do we do?" Carl came over, he walked us through every detail - what to fix, what to to clean, timelines. On picture day, he showed up and staged everything. He even re-vacuumed every room as he took pictures so we'd have those fresh lines that look so nice. Carl kept us posted for every showing, every feedback and every offer. Once under contract, Carl notified us every step of the way for inspections, appraisals, and anything else that the buyers wanted done. When the buyers had questions, Carl came to us and discussed our options. Always keeping us informed so we could make the best decisions possible. Carl was even there to eat goodbye on closing day!! We could never have gotten through this without him and we're so grateful for his diligence, professionalism, personality and attention to detail.

Edward was our agent when we bought the house back in 2017. With his experience and knowledge of real estate made the house buying process easy and effortless on our end. So having that experience, we decided he was the only agent that will help us sell that same house. I called him in December of 2019 and told him I wanted to sell the house because we had orders to a new state. With in one month of that call my house was on the market and sold. Up front he was honest and listed the house for the best price on the market. The house had some damage, through his recommendations and references, our house was fixed and ready to sell within a day. Edward is a true professional at his job, smart and knows his craft. Edward helped us by our first home and it was the most painless, seamless transition we had ever made. With Edward, everything was simplified. I don’t think I know anyone that works harder at making sure the customer is completely satisfied. On our way out, we contacted Edward to sell our house. Edward promptly got our house on the market. The paperwork was pain-free. He made sure we understood the ins and outs of what was about to happen since we were a young couple that had never sold a home before. Mr. Edward is an awesome agent! He takes the time to truely understand what it is that you're looking for and he works well with his preferred lenders to get you into a home that meets your needs. He is very knowledgeable and patient. One thing I can say for sure is that he doesn't do this job for the pay, he does it because he loves to see people happy! If he can, he will go above and beyond to get you into your dream home and that's a fact!! :) 1. He hooked us up with a great lender. 2. She asked us questions about our income and got us approved for an amount. 3. We told Mr. Anthony what we were looking for in a home that was around our price range. 4. The lender and Mr. Anthony communicated with my husband and I as well as with each other to make sure we knew what was required of us. They walked us through all the steps and made sure we understood all of the paperwork. 5. Once everything was signed and turned in, we made an offer, Mr Anthony negotiated on our behalf. 6. We signed the final paperwork to close on our new home :) the whole process for us was about 3-4 weeks.

Mr Anthony helped my wife and I sell our home. He was very professional, helped with the staging of home, and took care of everything from getting minor things touched up to having certain things serviced like heat pump and fence work.
