I have been a resident of North Carolina since 2001 and was proudly naturalized as a citizen of the United States in 2016 on the 4th of July in Southport, NC.

Michaela was amazing with helping us to purchase our first home!! She is very knowledgeable and very quick to respond for all of our questions. She was very patient with us as first time buyers trying to navigate a fast paced market. She even waited a few months for us to decide we were ready to purchase. Michaela recently sold our house in a gated community on one of the most sought after golf courses on the east coast….and QUICKLY! Her marketing was outstanding as she printed glossy flyers and delivered them to surrounding realtors along with a broker open house luncheon that provided a great turn out. She was very attentive to our property ( as we now live in another state ) she insured the pool was immaculate before showings and was very easy to reach several times a day. I would highly recommend Michaela if you are looking for an easy sale and good communication.
