Susanne was very helpful in the whole process of me buying my first home for my wife. She had helped me figure out what homes are best for my type of needs. She was always keeping me in the loop of everything. Never once did she ever disappoint me. I highly recommend her for others in the process of selling or looking of a home.

I don't think this box is big enough to list how amazing Susanne is. My husband and I reached out to Susanne to help us buy a home after a friend, who is a real estate agent in another state, recommended her. Boy, are we glad we did! Susanne knows the ins and outs of the entire house buying process, which made my husband and I, who were first time home buyers, feel so at ease. She explained everything, every detail, from the beginning. She was ALWAYS available for any little question or concern. She would give us recommendations, point things out to us during viewings, but still fully support whatever decision we made. I remember telling some friends I was in the process of buying a home and one of them said, "Oh, I'm sure that's so stressful!" I honestly responded, "Actually, it hasn't been stressful at all!" I am now writing this review from the living room of the home we just bought! That's all thanks to Susanne!

Susanne was an amazing person to work with! Always on time to showings! And always is flexible with her schedule! She is very honest and always willing to help no matter the time of day! I wouldn’t recommend anyone but her! 20/10. Absolutely amazing!

We purchased from out of state and Susanne went above and beyond with detailed videos of the homes, checking out the houses within a day of us showing interest, and being super responsive and communicative! She is the best realtor we could have asked for!

If I could 50 stars in each category, I would. Not to mention you get so much more then just the four categories listed, you get a genuine person to step up to the plate for you and a forever friend. Susanne swooped in and earned our trust after a very bad experience. We were burned very badly from a previous company in the process of buying our first home. We were very skeptical on who to trust and Susanne again not only earned our trust, but completely exceeding every expectation imaginable. She got stuff done, she stayed in constant contact with us, she worked with our schedules, she was never absent, not once, from beginning to days after closing in our home (new construction so this is months). If you are looking for an outstanding agent, this is the one to go with. She’s relatable, thick skinned, and she will come to bat for you every single time. I couldn’t express how grateful my husband and I are. We not only have a first home, but the process and experience was so simple and easy because of Susanne. I am so blessed our paths crossed and that my family has a forever real estate agent to work with in the future. You will not regret choosing to work with this phenomenal human and outstanding agent. Our experience could not have been better with Susanne. We were out of state byers and she was literally our eyes and ears. We haven't purchased a home in over 20 years and needed plenty of guidance and she was right there with us! Her responsiveness and professionalism was amazing, but the most incredible thing was her caring and patience. She quickly figured out what we were looking for, found it for us and assisted us in structuring the offer and in a crazy market, our first offer was accepted! We would highly recommend Susanne to anyone looking for a home in this area.

My husband and I are relocating to Wilmington, NC from Ohio. I called Susanne on a Sunday morning, (this after working with other agents for a week) and I was pretty unhappy as no one had been able to help me find what I was looking for. After a brief discussion, she promised she would not stop working until she found us a place. Shortly after that conversation, she sent over a list of homes for us to examine.....all of them had all the things we were looking for. We selected one in Wilmington; she made arrangements for us to see it right away; and we were under contract Monday morning. She is amazing and went out of her way to make the whole process smooth and pain free. I would recommend her to everyone and she is a complete 10 out of 10. My wife and I have worked with Susanne when looking for a home in the spring. She is a very hardworking individual who will always have or find an answer to any question you may have regarding Real Estate. She is very committed and great to work with.
