Virginia grew up in Wilmington, so she has extensive knowledge of Wilmington and the surrounding areas. Her love of our vibrant coastal community combined with her passion for helping her clients motivate her most.
Virginia has also lived abroad and traveled extensively both throughout the US and internationally, so she embraces the opportunity to think quickly on her feet and be a creative problem solver. Prior to real estate, Virginia worked in Alumni Affairs and Development for a large public university where she was able to grow her customer service and collaboration skills.
She is a graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Information Systems. Virginia is also fluent in Mandarin and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
When she is not working hard for her clients, you can find her spending time with her family and friends, experimenting in the kitchen, practicing yoga or cultivating her many artistic interests.

Virginia Yang is such an excellent realtor recommended to us by a 4th generation Wilmingtonian. We were so lucky to have her local knowledge, insight, and tenacity. She was on top of it all. Our home buying experience wasn't the typical scenario. Coupled with the start of rising interest rates and first time buying she helped keep the calm and guided us with her positive attitude and expertise. Throughout it all she was able to get very creative and find a way to make the deal work in the end (also connecting us with an amazing loan officer). We would definitely recommend Virginia to anyone searching or trying to sell a home. This review has been a while coming....Virginia you were fantastic to work with and we are very grateful to you. We are new to the area as far as living here goes (have visited multiple times in the past). Virginia listened to our needs and helped us find the right home for us at the right price. Selling my home was a huge decision especially after living in a home I loved for many years. Virginia eased my anxiety at our first meeting, helping with listing, photos and paperwork. Throughout the whole process I valued her recommendations and guidance, leading to a very successful outcome. Her knowledge of the Coastal area is outstanding and she truly cares about each client. Any question or obstacle that arose Virginia was there with a solution. She will always be my first choice in buying or selling a home
