Alesia was a phenomenal support during the entire selling process. I was selling my prior family home that had become a rental property after a recent divorce and Alesia put me at ease from our first meeting. I live in another state and the home needed repairs. Alesia helped me work with local contractors; she met them at the site when work needed to be bid or complete, and she worked with the renters to ensure access and minimal disruption. She is an excellent communicator, and I don't think the sale of my property would have gone as smoothly without her helping navigate and manage all of the things needed even down to helping with the deed research and communication with the closing attorney. We received multiple offers and Alesia kept me informed as we negotiated every step of the final deal. I am forever grateful for her assistance on helping me move on to my next chapter in life and I feel confident with Alesia's help, the new owners of my prior home are quite happy with the purchase as well.
