Whenever we had a question, Amy was very reachable and provided a quick response. All communication was courteous and prompt. Wow... Amy is amazing and made it a stress free experience. She knows her market and saved me $. See her before you finance for mortgage savers. I wanted to buy down my interest rate but Amy knew that I hadn't planned on living here long enough to benefit from the reduced rate... a $12K difference. I didnt make it easy for her. I wanted the perfect home for my family and told her I would know when I saw it... so I saw tons of homes. She also helped me avoid the money pit that lay under a pretty facade. She knows her flood zones. After hurricaine Florence... and 10 days after moving in; while everyone in New Bern was dewatering their homes and tracking their ruined possessions on the curb... I was high, dry, and intact. She also knows her septic tanks... with a little septic 101... I knew enough to trust country living. Lastly, long after the sale and she collected her commission, she checked in on me to make sure things were going well.

We used this service because we resided out of state and were unfamiliar with the local area of interest. Amy was recommended by Navy Federal CU Mortgage Assistance program which vets agents based upon past performance. We used this service because we resided out of state and were unfamiliar with the local area of interest. She provided listings based upon our selection criteria well before we arrived which enabled us to narrow down our choices and purchased a house within a week of actually inspecting. She also kept the listings updated whenever a new place came on line. Hunting amid a pandemic and in a geographic area experiencing exponential growth is exhausting, but Amy supported us every step of the way. She was willing to visit properties on our behalf, many of which were over an hour out of her way, and facilitate live zoom walk-throughs.
