Polly Purnell-Norris

Having grown up in a family-owned and operated restaurant in Goldsboro, NC, Polly has always loved working with people! She graduated from UNC-CH in 1993 with a BA degree in Industrial Relations and moved to Atlantic Beach to enjoy the summer before searching for a "real" job. Little did she know that she would fall in love with the beach and call it home almost immediately! A licensed Real Estate Agent at 19 and a Real Estate Broker at 24, Polly began selling homes for a local real estate company and realized that she had found her "real" job! She jumped feet-first into Real Estate and began learning all that she could about rental, sales, and property management.

Polly is a Graduate of the REALTOR Institute, Past-President of The Carteret County Association of REALTORS, a member of the Cape Fear Association of REALTORS as well as the State and National Association of REALTORS, a previous Broker/Owner of a Carteret County CENTURY 21, and now a managing broker with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage of Wilmington. In total, she has over 27 years of experience in our local real estate markets.

Now Polly’s biggest passion includes using her previous experience and knowledge to help coach and consult agents to grow their own businesses. She works around the clock to help agents resolve obstacles, develop intentional strategies for personal and professional growth, and achieve their goals. It’s important to Polly that she lives out the company philosophy that people come first, whether it be clients, agents, staff, or their families.
