Truby Proctor sold my property on the first day of listing for the amount listed! Can’t ask for anything better than that! The property had an unlivable house on it that was damaged during hurricane Florence. He was very helpful in getting someone to groom the yard and other odds and ends that I requested. By coming to me to complete paperwork was very helpful since I am disabled. He even delivered the check!

Our lot was a difficult one to sell due to some perk issues. Truby had the expertise to explain to potential buyers what was needed, potential costs involved, etc. He did some digging (pun intended) for the correct information that was needed.

Fantastic Experience! Moving, house hunting, and closing in the middle of a pandemic was stressful to say the least. I was worried that Covid would tarnish the experience of purchasing my first home. From my experience with agents in the area Truby was by far the most proactive. His response time was always quick and he was very knowledgeable of the home buying process. He has many local contacts to help with just about anything you could ask for. Truby was fantastic. He was honest about neighborhoods and kept our best interests in mind while he helped us find a good house. If you are in the military and coming to the area to find a house to buy this is your realtor. We are Active Duty Military that came from Okinawa to Cherry Point and a few other realtors we contacted wasn’t as involved as we would have liked. We called Caldwell Banker and they got us in touch with Truby and he did a fantastic job helping us out. Highly recommended for anyone, but especially if you are military coming into the area. We had never been to the area and came in blindly.
