Working with Brandon Thomas has been an absolute pleasure from the get go. We were out-of-town buyers looking for the perfect beach house to rent during the season and enjoy in the off-season. It was a fast and furious process with an under 30 day close.Brandon was able to effectively and quickly provide all of the numerous requests and information for all of the listings. During the virtual showings Brandon was able to really make sure we saw everything, and went above and beyond when scheduling the inspection, survey, and walkthroughs. As buyers, he had our best interests front of mind and we felt absolutely comfortable working virtually up until the closing process and only coming to check out the house after our offer was accepted. We would absolutely recommend Brandon to anybody, especially those working remote. He will take care of you prompt, and professionally.
