This honor is only awarded to real estate professionals that participate in the advanced training program and commit to providing exceptional service to their clients. Nipper has done just that.
Created by JAMM Coaching and Training, the Strategic Pricing Specialist (SPS®) Designation is revolutionizing the real estate industry. SPS® was designed to help real estate professionals minimize overpriced listings and better assist sellers when preparing to list their home for sale. This course is the first of its kind and is currently offered exclusively in the Triangle market.
According to Jo Mangum, creator of the program and Founder of JAMM Coaching and Training, Nancy Nipper has joined a select group of sales associates that have committed to providing excellent service to their clients by giving them sound advice when considering selling their home. “An overpriced listing will be on the market longer, which translates into less money in the seller’s pocket. Listing homes that are incorrectly priced is no longer an option for today’s real estate professionals”. Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage was honored with multiple awards for its outstanding performance during the past year at the 2013 Cartus Broker Network International Conference held February 27-March 2 at the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa in Phoenix, Arizona. Cartus is a worldwide leader in employee relocation solutions.
For the second year in a row, Sea Coast Advantage was awarded the Platinum Award recognition and the Five Star Award in recognition of its service to Cartus and the customers, members and relocating employees whom the company assists in the Wilmington, N.C. and Jacksonville, North Carolina markets.
The Platinum Award is the highest level of the Excellence Awards presented to Cartus Broker Network members. Only the top 10 percent of the Network’s principal brokers nationwide received the distinction based on superior performance in a wide range of goals, including customer service, cost management, and effective analysis and marketing of homes. The Cartus Five Star Award recognizes brokers who have met or exceeded their individual objectives for outgoing broker-to-broker referral closings during the calendar year.
