Beth Fortunato and her family moved to the peaceful, coastal community of Hampstead, NC in January of 1996. According to her, moving here from Long Island, NY was a very wise choice! Upon relocating to Hampstead, with her husband Jim (a custom home builder) and their three daughters, Beth worked with Jim to establish Fortunato Builders, Inc. The marketing aspects of new home construction combined with a desire to help people relocate/retire to this wonderful area led Beth to her present job at Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty.
